BEING SCIENTIFIC AND EXPLAINABLE
EKSPOTURK may provide its customers with suggestions based on the information produced by a scientific method. No EKSPOTURK employee and manager may include his / her personal opinions, ideas and suggestions in EKSPOTURK documents; and may not comment on any events, facts and people who may not be scientifically explained.
PLAINNESS AND SIMPLENESS
EKSPOTURK prepares its proposals by considering the communication, interaction and relationships of its customers and the applicable parties. The utmost effort is made to use simple modeling and simple language that all parties may understand and communicate.
The solutions developed without taking into consideration the firm’s capabilities, only relying on similar firms, common applications and fashion trends, may not be accepted. Suggestions are made taking into account the capabilities and development of the firms. In order to implement the proposed proposals, the issues requiring new skills and investment are subject to the approval of the institution, and new skills and investments that are needed in the implementation processes and which require investment are defined separately.
PROTECTION OF PRIVACY OF THE CUSTOMER
EKSPOTURK and its affiliates, managers and employees, whether written or verbal, may not share the information obtained from the customer with any real or legal person, including customer’s employees. Even case analysis may not be given as an example giving the name of the customer. The customer’s permission is compulsory to refer to the contents of the work carried out with the customer.
In all its activities, EKSPOTURK acts with the knowledge that is open to the environment, the information is open to the environment except the privacy of its customers. The data and personal data of real and legal persons may not be collected and archived without the knowledge of the parties. EKSPOTURK employees and managers inform their counter-parties about the collection of data for the purposes of fieldwork such as psychometric tests, surveys, work analysis, interviews and data collection.
EKSPOTURK and its affiliates are open to all business associations for customer needs. EKSPOTURK employees and executives must cooperate with other real and legal persons who serve their customers, especially the employees of the institution they serve, with the request and approval of the customer and as per the principles in the EKSPOTURK policy document.
